Morecambe

Referred to as England’s most talked about seafront, the five miles of promenade at Morecambe are the best place to enjoy the breathtaking views and sunsets across the Bay.

A birdwatcher’s paradise, Morecambe is the favourite seaside destination of many species of migrating birds. It could be they come for the world famous Morecambe Bay shrimp, or merely to bask in the beautiful surroundings of the Art Deco architecture and the wonderful example of Morecambe’s regeneration, Happy Mount Park. And of course a visit to Morecambe wouldn’t be complete without visiting the statue of Eric Morecambe and having your photograph taken recreating that famous one-legged pose. Everyone’s talking and squawking about it.

Fleetwood

With its interesting maritime past and great value shopping, you’ll think Fleetwood was designed purely for you to unwind. Boasting a beautiful newly paved promenade and a magnificent Art Deco Marine Hall it effortlessly combines the old and the new. And once you’ve explored all of Fleetwood’s countless hidden gems, pull up a deck chair, kick off your shoes and feel the sand between your toes. When you feel suitably refreshed, stroll, cycle or catch the tram to Cleveleys. You’ll discover even more traditional seaside attractions and activities to while away for hours. It really is everything you could wish for from the seaside and more.

And that’s not all...
